1. What is "New For Old" cover?

New for Old cover ensures that if your park home or contents including bedding or clothing are damaged beyond economical repair, they will be replaced as new (of equivalent specification). We do not offer a market value policy.

2. Can Leisuredays insure my park home?

We can insure most park homes. Your park home must be sited on a permanent residential licensed park. It must be worth at least £35,000 and no more than 25 years old.

3. Can my residential lodge or chalet be covered under the park home policy?

Lodges and chalets can be covered under the Park Home policy if being used as a home (not as a holiday home) and the unit is sited on a permanent residential licensed park (i.e. not a holiday licensed park).

4. Is it OK if I live away from my park home for long periods?

You can leave your park home unoccupied for up to 60 days under our standard policy. We can extend cover to allow you to leave your park home unoccupied or unfurnished for up to 240 days subject to terms and conditions (see page 40 of our policy). Please mention to us when calling if you want to apply this extension.

5. Do you insure park homes outside of the UK?

No. We can only insure park homes sited in England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales, the Isle of Man and The Channel Islands.

6. How can I pay for my park home insurance premium?

Paying for your park home insurance couldn't be any easier, just call us 7 days a week and cover can be arranged over the phone.

You can choose to pay by monthly Direct Debit via 12 equal monthly instalments (inclusive of 8% interest/18.5% APR). The facility for direct debit is provided by Premium Credit Ltd.

Leisuredays also accept all major credit and debit cards (except American Express). We do not make a charge for using a credit or debit card. Your card will be debited for the full amount immediately. The card must be in your name.

You can also pay by cheque, however, we are unable to start your cover until your cheque has been received at our office.

Swift Bordeaux

Externally, there is nothing about the Bordeaux which is radically different to many other single unit holiday homes. The standard model has a painted chassis, a steel pantile roof, and woodgrain textured sandstone aluminium cladding. In the end wall of the lounge are three windows, the centre one being profiled to follow the lines of the vaulted roof. French doors are the option here.
