My park has closed due to a local or national lockdown or I am unable to go because of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Does my holiday caravan policy provide cover for loss of ground rent?

Your Leisuredays policy would reimburse you for ground rent if your holiday caravan or lodge was uninhabitable as a result of damage (e.g. as a result of a flood or fire). However, Coronavirus (COVID-19) does not cause damage to your holiday caravan directly, so unfortunately there is no cover for ground rent in these circumstances.
