If you make a claim on your Leisuredays policy, we may in some cases be able to offer a faster ‘express settlement’. You would need to accept an agreed amount of money to proceed with repairs or replacement goods yourself.
We may apply a ‘pre-existing damage’ endorsement to your policy until you can send us an engineer’s report confirming the repairs have been completed.
