Living area
When you enter through the patio doors you’re greeted by a spacious lounge.
A large four-seater sofa sits along the lounge wall, with a built-in bench seat opposite. A TV point, electric fire, overhead lockers and a circular footstool with swivel lid add both comfort and practicality.
The décor blends soft greens with modern textures to create a calm, contemporary feel. But the real showstopper? The built-in cocktail cabinet, complete with wine cooler and two bar stools!
This area also features L-shaped seating and two retro-style free-standing chairs alongside a circular dining table. Overhead, a designer multi-pendant light makes a striking talking point for evenings in.

The Grantley has two bedrooms. The first is the twin room, which comes with two adult-sized beds, with Carnaby’s extra-comfort mattresses, a corner wardrobe, central cupboard, dressing table with mirror, and TV point.
The soft green accent colour continues from the lounge, creating a cohesive interior feel.
The main bathroom sits between the bedrooms and offers a good-sized shower, toilet, hand basin with cupboard storage, mirrored cabinets and shelving – all finished in a contemporary style.
At the back, the master bedroom has a king-sized double bed with a padded headboard, bedside cabinets, modern wall lighting and a central dressing table with mirror.
A spacious walk-in wardrobe provides excellent storage, with hanging space and drawers.
The Carnaby Grantley’s en-suite includes a shower, toilet and hand basin with extra cupboard space – essentially a compact version of the main bathroom.
