The Regent is among Pemberton’s lowest-priced holiday caravans. There are two Regent models; both are 12ft wide with two bedrooms, and one is 36ft long, and the other is 38ft long. The difference between the two is in the main bedroom, at the back.
Here, the 38ft Pemberton Regent has the bed backing onto the back wall, with a corner toilet and washbasin en-suite and the wardrobe alongside it.
The shorter model has a slightly smaller bedroom, with the bedhead against the side wall – but it does have a walk-in wardrobe/dressing room. The shower and toilet are alongside the dressing area, with a door that opens into the corridor rather than into the bedroom. Which to prefer? It’s a close call!
The lounge and the kitchen dining area are identical in layout in both model sizes. (Our review Regent is the 38 x 12ft.) In this video, we take a look inside the 2026 Pemberton Regent holiday lodge:
The major plus point about the Pemberton Regent static caravan is that the lounge can be completely closed off from the kitchen, by sliding doors that disappear into shelving and cabinet units on each side of the aperture.
These shelves – there are a staggering 12 of them plus one running across the top of the unit – are your place to personalise your Pemberton Regent. Yes, they’re perfect for books, of course – but all manner of ornaments and photos can grace this area.
Plus, a floor-level double cabinet and two upper cabinets are incorporated into the unit for when you want to tidy stuff away.
A large sofa and two armchairs take care of the comfort, and an electric fire sends ’flames’ flickering up a dark grey wall from a base of white pebbles; lovely – and definitely contributing to the cosy look of the lounge. The black glass frame of the ‘fire’ injects a super-modern look.
The fire is set against a pale wood floor-to-ceiling panel that also provides a place for your television.
And colours? The plush grey and the simple shape of the two armchairs bring together modern and luxury elements. The sofa is plain cream. The new accent hue for 2025 is pale green, for finely striped cushions and curtains that have a tree pattern.
A brushed-steel framed mirror, and woodwork that’s a cappuccino shade and a large circular pendant light that matches that shade all add to the charm of the Pemberton Regent’s lounge.
The kitchen is L-shaped, with four upper and lower cabinets, one of which has a bin attached to the door; when you open the door, the bin lid opens. A nice touch. And there are three areas of shelving ideally placed for items you use often.
Appliances are a microwave integrated into the top cabinets on the front end of the kitchen, a four-burner hob, oven and grill (with extractor hood above), and a washing machine. The fridge-freezer sits close to the side door, along with the central heating unit.
The grey-themed colour of the kitchen-dining area is smart and modern. It’s used for the walls, the marble surface and the frame of the pale wood table. And green makes a splash here, with the four high-backed, comfortable dining chairs upholstered in bright leaf green – refreshing and delightful.
If you fancy a holiday caravan that oozes modern styling, you have found it in the Pemberton Regent.
The double bedroom and its en-suite toilet and washbasin span the whole width of the Regent.
Wardrobe space is excellent, with a double-doored section that contains three drawers below the hanging space and a full-length single section alongside it. Soft-close mechanisms add a touch of refinement.
Two mains sockets are close to the dressing table, where you find a brushed-steel framed mirror like the one in the lounge, and a stool upholstered in a lovely lemon fabric that matches the bedhead. That shade is picked up in the curtains and two bed cushions which have a twig-and-blossom design.
Bedside lamps have rectangular shades on plain right-angle brushed-steel mounts.
Over-bed units consist of two cabinets and four shelves; like the lounge, a place to put ornaments to personalise your holiday caravan.
The Regent’s twin bedroom has the same fabric scheme as the main bedroom. Here, wardrobe accommodation is also good, with two large drawers under the wardrobe.
The style statement of the shower room is herringbone-aligned ‘tiles’. It’s actually wallboard but looks like real tiles. A large circular washbasin sits atop its double-doored cabinet.
As with all of Pemberton’s holiday caravans and lodges, the Regent is built to a residential standard of insulation.
Verdict: The Pemberton Regent is a static caravan built for affordability and with the unusual feature of a lounge that can be divided from the kitchen diner. Its styling is modern and simple, and its accent colours are refreshing green and lemon with on-trend pale grey to make sure the modern theme of this unit is prominent.
Plus points: The lounge can be divided off from the kitchen diner. There’s plenty of kitchen surface. Also plenty of floor space in the kitchen diner
Minus points: There’s no shower in the bedroom en suite
In a nutshell: A well-spec’d static caravan with the ability to close off the lounge from the dining kitchen.
