Choosing a holiday park to purchase a caravan on is not always easy, especially if you’re new to things or have certain requirements.
Whatever your circumstances though, there are an awful lot of things to consider.
That’s why, this month we’re asking, what’s your biggest consideration when choosing a holiday park to buy a static caravan or holiday lodge on?

Apart from a nice location and a good reputation I find it important that the site fees are reasonable. some sites are as much as £3500 per year.
Take note Tom, on the Isle of Wight site fees can be £6000 per year, but the location is second to none for me.
Peace and quiet with good rules for both adults and children
A nice small quiet site with no entertainment, but the most important consideration for us is that it must have a sea view.
