With all that\u2019s happening around the world at present, travel is one aspect that folk will be taking a long hard look at. Holidays abroad will be hard hit and we holiday loving Brits love our breaks! One perfect solution to an investment holiday is a holiday caravan or lodge. With super parks and holiday caravans better styled and equipped than ever, there is a growing trend for new owners. So, a value-for-money holiday caravan could be the answer, and we think Willerby Holiday Homes<\/a> have the perfect answer with their new Ashurst.<\/p>\n

The Willerby Ashurst has four models in its line-up, and with prices starting at just over \u00a325,000, great value springs to mind. At just 10ft wide this is a static caravan that will be ideal on parks with smaller width pitch allocations.<\/p>\n

The 32ft x 10ft, two-bedroomed model here, provides a spacious holiday caravan for those starting out. Although the exterior might not look over exciting, it\u2019s not unattractive, although the smaller windows do date it slightly.<\/p>\n

Full guttering is fitted, plus double-glazed windows and aluminium cladding, but the chassis isn\u2019t galvanised at this price.<\/p>\n

The front lounge in the Willerby Ashurst has a comfortable L-shaped settee and other features include a corner cabinet and electric fire, plus shelves. Integrated ceiling lights are also fitted.<\/p>\n

The dinette offers L-shaped seating, plus two stools, and shares the lounge area. It could be a squeeze for four adults because the table isn\u2019t all that big.<\/p>\n

The kitchen area is not overly large but does have some good storage, although worktop is limited. It\u2019s squeezed into the area where you enter the Willerby Ashurst.<\/p>\n

There\u2019s a place for a free-standing fridge beside the sink, while the cooker is opposite the main kitchen area, flanked by storage shelves.<\/p>\n

Behind the kitchen is the shower room with a walk-in shower and loo, plus a hand basin with storage beneath. The room is practical but might feel a little on the small side for some.<\/p>\n

Next door is the twin bedroom, which has the twin beds set apart with a bit of walkway between them, plus a central small dresser that has a plug socket fitted. Two overhead cupboards provide storage, plus a wardrobe by the door.<\/p>\n

It all works well but occupants will need to limit what they bring!<\/p>\n

Carry on through and you\u2019re into the master bedroom which doesn\u2019t come with its own en suite \u2013 that may be a disappointment for some but at this price mark it\u2019s acceptable. The master bedroom itself though is impressive in this market. It\u2019s also spacious and comes with two large wardrobes plus storage above, as well as shelves.<\/p>\n

Verdict:<\/strong> Willerby could have a big hit on their hands with the Ashurst static caravan as many look to holiday caravans as a new way of holidaying. The Ashurst provides basic holiday caravan accommodation which will not be disappointing to new buyers. It\u2019s comfortable and a list of options enables the spec to be added to. As a starter it\u2019s a great introduction to this growing lifestyle.<\/p>\n
