\"Willerby<\/p>\n

The Willerby Signature 35ft x 12ft two bedroom holiday home was officially launched at the Boat, Caravan and Outdoor Show at the NEC back in February. In addition to this 35ft x 12ft model, three other models are available: 33ft x 12ft and two 38ft x 12ft – one with two bedrooms, and a second with three bedrooms.<\/p>\n

The home has a painted chassis with galvanised corner steadies and ‘Seafoam’ aluminium cladding whilst the roof is pitched pantile steel. Double glazed windows and door are available as an optional extra. The floor is insulated and the pipes lagged.<\/p>\n

When you enter the Signature the first room you come into is the somewhat unusually shaped kitchen where the wall separating it from the lounge has been set at an angle of about 45 degrees to the home’s outer wall. Standard equipment includes a combination oven with a hob\/grill and a glass splashback, a stainless steel chimney type cooker hood, and an integrated full-size fridge\/freezer. There’s an adequate number of floor and wall cupboards – bearing in mind that this is a holiday home – plus power sockets and overhead lighting, whilst the floor is covered with plank effect vinyl.<\/p>\n

One of the best features of the home is that the lounge is separated from the kitchen by a sliding door. The lounge has plenty of fixed seating which includes an occasional fold-out bed to increase the home’s sleeping accommodation from four to six, plus a gas fire. There’s a TV cabinet with storage compartments below, and a coffee table. There’s plenty of light due to the four large windows in the end wall plus one each in the Signature’s front and rear wall. Night time illumination is via a pendant light on the vaulted ceiling.<\/p>\n

\"Dining<\/p>\n

The dining area is in the corner of the lounge, the standard furniture here being a table and four chairs. Again, a pendant light provides the night time illumination. There is also an option of fixed seating comprising wrap-round seats and two stools with cushions to match the fixed seats.<\/p>\n

\"The<\/p>\n

Through a door from the kitchen is a small hallway with the shower room immediately on the left. This has a large shower cubicle with a chromed thermostatic shower, a large ceramic washbasin mounted on a vanity unit and, of course, a low level toilet.<\/p>\n

The main bedroom at the end of the home has its own small en suite with washbasin and toilet. There is a double bed with storage underneath and a double wardrobe whilst the second bedroom has two single beds with cupboards for clothes.<\/p>\n
