Many Leisuredays’ customers who’ve made a claim have told us that our service is excellent or good.
Thank you to all the customers who responded to our claims satisfaction survey and fed back on how well we handled their static caravan insurance claim.
Surveys have been sent to hundreds of claimants in the last 12 months, asking them to rate their experience so we can keep making improvements to our service. All respondents are entered into a prize draw.
Nine out of 10 respondents were extremely satisfied with their overall experience, as well as the helpfulness of our staff, the ease of reporting their claim and their settlement.
Our Claims Liaison Team was delighted to receive so many great comments from satisfied customers.
“This was the first time I have ever had to claim,” said one holiday caravan insurance claimant. “The experience and professionalism of your staff in this matter was outstanding.”
A park home customer also said: “Extremely pleased with the ease of making the claim and the speed at which permission was given to get the damage repaired.”
Congratulations to Mrs Pauline Howard from Swansea in Wales, who made two claims last year for water damage and damage to a skylight. She was the lucky winner of our prize draw and wins £50 of Marks & Spencer vouchers.
